I Ordered Their Buffalo Loaded Fries and Added Fried Onions & Green Onions to Mines. The Heat Level was Great and Even after Taking It Home, it Was Still Great after Getting Cold. Great Prices Too

The Chicken is the best thing about this place. I ordered the 12 3 Chicken Tenders, with Texas Toast, and made it a combo for an additional 4 bucks. What I got was the biggest, juiciest, most tender Tenders I ever had. You might think a 'Fast Food' kind of tender, but you'd be wrong. These were chicken breasts smothered in the spices of choice, medium heat Nashville Style, served piping hot next to 3 (meh!) tiny side offerings. The combo gave me a small/medium soda, and awesome fries. These fries are made of real potato, cooked just long enough to crisp them up, and make them delicious. See pics. The packaging is top notch. No Styrofoam here, just class. If you don't want to hear criticism, stop reading. Better not be in a hurry when you go here. I got there at about 4pm, and the place was empty, and it took them over 10 minutes to make my food. Ok if this how long it takes to give me great Chicken and Fries. Yet, since only one other client walked in in all that time, I'd expect the place would be spotless. Nope. The bathroom had not been cleaned in hours, and there was food crumbs on a couple of tables. Cleanliness in an eating establishment must be beyond reproach. Like I said, the Chicken is the best thing about this place.

Just left Firebirds about 30 minutes ago. Just under 5 stars for me....5 Found Firebirds on yelp. Optically canvassed the pictures and read the reviews afore I peregrinated. There are four flavors of chicken to cull from... Nashville, saccharine teriyaki, honey barbecue, and country (no spice). 4 levels of spice. I got the Nashville sandwich with fries 10 I asked if I could get the spice level between medium and sultry... And he verbally expressed affirmative, I can do a light spicy. So that's what I did :-p The sandwich is immensely colossal (which I appreciate). Its a sizably voluminous chicken breast which is what I prefer and the reason why I wanted to endeavor Firebirds. The sandwich is topped with cole slaw and pickles. It looked yummy. First bite of the sandwich and I mentally conceived the flavor and spice level was great! Yummy! But, the chicken was a little tough to bite. Not as tender and moist as I'd relish or thought/expected, but the flavor was genuinely good! The cole slaw could've been more fresh, more crunchy. I felt that it was made too far in advance to accommodating. It was just meh cole slaw, no favor, genuinely. The pickles could've had more crunch additionally. The fries were disappointing. I felt that they weren't fresh n sultry. More akin to they were sitting under the heat lamp for scarcely. Good seasoning but tasted old. House sauce (accommodated on the sidwas pretty good. Hubby got the honey bbq sandwich with fries, medium heat/spice level 10 This had genuinely good flavor as well, but again, chicken wasn't as succulent and tender as I expected. Hubby relished it and acceded about the chicken, cole slaw, pickles, and fries. Now....did we victual our repasts? Affirmative! Would we come back? Affirmative! Maybe on this peregrination we got pieces of chicken that weren't as succulent or tender as other pieces. I cook, I get it. So I'm going to go back again and optically discern if I get the same experience. I hope the owners and staff read this and take my review as subsidiary information to amend in these areas. Not as cruel, mean, or nit culling. I just expected a little different than what I got. Customer accommodation was nice. Music was good. There were tables with benches under a lit up tent. Our order took about 25 mins for our aliment to be yare. I do look forward to coming back and will update my review once I do.

The food is amazing. The chicken sandwich is huge and the mild Nashville packs a punch in a good way. The fries should not be missed. They look like they are double fried. Lastly, the mayo based sauce is to die for. Pleasant staff. Just be prepared for the train coming feet from your table

Stopped by to try it out and it’s a very spacious dining area. I got three tenders at three different flavors(Nashville Style, Sweet Teriyaki & Honey BBQ with all at medium spice). The chicken quality is top notch and they were cooked perfectly. The seasoning and spice was on point with amazing flavor. All three were all on the same level of greatness & you can’t go wrong with either of them. I’ll definitely come back next time to try their tender taco. This spot is in my top 3 Hot Fried chicken spots so far and I highly recommend this spot!

Love how kind and generous the Long-Hair Guy! Fries are super good. I asked if the “House Sauce” was spicy and he gave me some fries and sauce to try! He gave us some fries with chicken while we waited! Definitely coming back.

Now that was a fresh hot chicken sandwich! The food was cooked to order, while the seasoning on the honey BBQ was tangy and perfectly spicy. The ambiance is mellow and is decorated with an aestehically powerful charm by this young entrepreneur. It's something you don't want to miss. I ordered the 3 price tenders as hot and it is but in the best way.

This establishment prides itself on delivering a variety of chicken options, with flavors ranging from the spicy Nashville to the sweet tang of honey barbecue, alongside teriyaki and mild country styles. Each bite bursts with flavor, inviting patrons to experience the perfect blend of spices tailored to their taste. The reviews from satisfied customers speak volumes—one enthusiast raved about the Buffalo Loaded Fries, beautifully topped with fried and green onions, highlighting their exquisite heat level and supportive crunch. Even when enjoyed cold, these fries maintained their deliciousness, showcasing an impressive culinary consistency.

The main star, however, remains the chicken. Many guests, including a passionate food lover, have lauded the chicken tenders as the best feature of the menu. They are reported to be incredibly juicy and tender—so much so, that the experience transcends typical fast-food expectations. The addition of Texas toast and real potato fries—crisped to perfection—complements the meal wonderfully. While there were minor critiques regarding service speed and clean tables, the flavors certainly make the wait worthwhile.

Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the food presentation and packaging, eschewing Styrofoam for a more sophisticated touch. An eager customer called out the excellent quality of the Nashville chicken sandwich, adorned with crisp cole slaw and pickles. While some patrons felt that certain elements, like the cole slaw and fries, could use a fresh touch, the overall sentiment remains enthusiastic. The combination of a hefty sandwich and refreshing house-made sauce leaves you eagerly anticipating your next visit.
